Windows installer return codes
These return codes apply to the FridayHQ Setup Windows .exe installer, which uses NSIS. They describe the result of installation, including silent installation with the uppercase /S switch. They do not apply to the portable app or Microsoft Store APPX packages.

0 | Installation successful | Setup completed without an error. Open FridayHQ from the Start menu. |
1 | Installation cancelled by the user | Run the installer again when you are ready to complete setup. |
2 | Installation aborted by the installer script | Setup stopped before completion. This code does not identify a single cause. Close FridayHQ and any other running FridayHQ installers, check available disk space, and try again. Run setup without /S to see any available error message. |
Other failures
FridayHQ does not currently define separate return codes for an existing installation, another installation in progress, insufficient disk space, a required reboot, network failure, or a security policy rejection. Code 2 should not be interpreted as identifying any one of these conditions.
If installation keeps failing or returns another code, contact FridayHQ support with the installer version, Windows version, return code, and any error message shown during setup.
